our housemates

It is important to us that all of our housemates have positive experiences when staying with us. We understand that one of the major components of a happy home is the people you will be living with!

We meet with each and every housemate before offering them a room to ensure they are our type of person. This means someone we would want to live with - someone who is kind and respectful of their home and housemates, someone who would bring positivity to the group, and never put any old random person looking for a room just to make money.

We do not discriminate against any potential housemate for any reason (i.e ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, age etc). If you would make a good housemate, you are welcome

We understand occasionally people don’t always get on with others. If there are any problems with housemates we will always be happy to meet with and mediate any awkward situations and support positive outcomes for everyone involved. 

We take anti-social behaviour of any kind extremely seriously and will tolerate none. If anyone is disturbing the peace, stealing or reducing the quality of life for other housemates in any other way, we won’t hesitate to ask them to leave the house immediately.
