Our Story:

Andrew arrived in Sydney over 6 years ago for a corporate assignment and found the task of finding and securing good quality affordable housing a stressful and challenging task. Renting an apartment needs a 1 year lease and local references. Hostels were too chaotic and not suitable for a professional schedule. Lodging in a guy’s spare room meant too many weird rules. 4 weeks in a badly run shared house (combining chaotic with backpacker parties plus weird rules). Finally after 2 months in an airbnb (too expensive long term) he gained a clear understanding of a huge gap in the market.

Marco has years of experience in accommodation and real estate and a passion for encouraging others to enjoy his amazing home city. After 3 business start ups he has decided this is one which he enjoys the most and has dedicated himself to making this the best shared accommodation agency in Sydney.

Together they joined forces to make sharing houses with other professionals the amazing experience it should be!
